The Marne Masonic Lodge once again will host a fabulous Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday. Youngsters please sign p for the event, which will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. at City Park.
The ballfield and park will be divided up into areas for three age groups. Most eggs contain candy, but there will also be a good number of them with a slip of paper awarding a gift.
Also a drawing will be held in each age group for special gifts.
This is a wonderful event and the community very much appreciates all the work the Masons do to put on this hunt.
The Masons thank the Marne City Council and Marne Fire Department in sharing the cost.
Masons Country Lunch will be held on April 12. Serving will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
A variety of soups, open faced sandwiches, pies and beverages will be served at the Marne Community Center.
The selection of pies offered for dessert is always simply astounding.
The Marne Eastern Star will also host a silent auction, which always have great items.
It will be a Free Will Donation.
There should be no reason for anyone to go home hungry!
Come and enjoy!
